The staff here was really helpful and guided us to nearby restaurants and bars.

the property is fantastic and clean, offers above average and delicious breakfasts. the studio suite is updated and has a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a sofa bed.

There's stain in some areas.

The breakfast was free of charge and above average, with a great selection of food options. There were great beds and a fridge, a microwave, and coffee/tea making facilities inside the room...

The Hampton Inn & Suites At Lake Mary Colonial Townpark is a clean and inviting hotel with beautiful views and a fantastic location next to the movie theatre. the staff is friendly and exceptional, making the check-in process quick and easy. Guests can enjoy a good variety of options and delicious food.

Basically a very pleasant, restful stay.Loved the pool facilities and the excellent breafasts.

The one concern my wife and I had [we are seniors] was that in the shower / tub, the bottom of the tub had no roughness or non slip strips which made it necessary to be extremely careful entering and exiting.Otherwise, we would heartily recommend the Inn.

I enjoyed great breakfasts with fresh juice, pastries, and oats, and the service was friendly, plus I was fortunate to have free ironing available.

The checking in went fast. The customer service was very friendly. The rooms were clean, beds were really comfy, bathroom is very nice. Breakfast was tasty (I just wish they had grits). I will definitely be staying again!

The location was great for our plan to stay overnight and then take the Amtrak AutoTrain the next day. Would definitely plan to do the same next year.

Peaceful, stylish, clean, well-appointed. Everything you could possibly need away from home. Instant comfort! This will be my "go-to" place when taking the AutoTrain to FL. Wish I'd planned to spend more time in the Lake Mary (Sanford) area. I highly recommended this hotel.

If breakfast hours could be extended just one more hour, this could be "the" perfect place!
